In November 2022, I found the original book ‘Visit to Iceland and the Scandinavian North’ by Ida Pfeiffer (1852).
I could not buy it then, saved up and made wishes to the universe that it will still be in Reykjavik. Now it is in my hands, and has been guiding me through Iceland almost 180 years later.
This project is dedicated to Ida Pfeiffer (1797-1858).
